Dr. Simon Larson visited the Institute of Analysis, Dynamics and Modeling during the last week of October 2019 and gave a talk on: Hermite-Hadamard inequalities in higher dimensions.
Abstract:
"In this talk I will discuss some recent results on a generalization of theclassical Hermite-Hadamard inequality to convex domains in arbitrary dimension. Inparticular, we shall be interested in sharp constants and their asymptotic behaviourwith respect to the dimension.
